FEMA Public Assistance Program Specialist: As a direct result of late-February to early-March severe storms and subsequent flooding, Federal declaration FEMA-DR-4605-WV was authorized to assist local governments via the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) Program. Therefore, the Crum Public Service District (PSD) seeks proposals for providing technical and administrative assistance with the PA Program for the duration of the PSD’s recovery process from the event. The PSD wishes to maximize any potential reimbursement assistance from the State of West Virginia and FEMA. The Program Specialist must be proficient in and able to perform the following; 1. Advise the District on documentation standards, pertinent rules, and regulations, as applicable, 2. Provide program-centric consultation on infrastructure damages and work directly with other technical resources to rehabilitate damaged parts of the system. 3. Work with District, State & Federal resources to gather information, review, provide feedback and prepare for claims for reimbursement from the State of West Virginia and the FEMA Public Assistance Program.
