ADVERTISEMENT AND REQUEST FOR
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST OF INSTEREST
FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES
Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-l-3, the Wirt County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to assist in the design of projects funded under the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ES SERF).
Qualified firms are invited to contact John McKown, Superintendent either at the Wirt County Schools, 389 Mulberry Street, Elizabeth, WV 22143, or at (304) 275-4279, or [email protected] to obtain a copy of the Request for Statement of Qualifications and submission requirements.
Statement of Qualifications (via hard copy submission) must be received no later than 3:00 pm local prevailing time on August 20th , 2021, and addressed to the attention of:

Envelope must be clearly mark as described in the Statement of Qualifications
A selection team will evaluate the statement of qualifications and will conduct discussion with at least three (3) of the professional firms submitting statements deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of preference, and submit to the Wirt County Board of Education for approval.
