IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-7 TISHA SILVERS, biological mother of infant T.B., whose date of birth is September 27, 2007 and DAVID BRITTON, biological father of T.B., whose date of birth is September 27, 2007, natural child of Tisha Silvers. .
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by TISHA SILVERS, biological mother of infant T.B., whose date of birth is September 27, 2007.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that TISHA SILVERS has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant T.B., whose date of birth is September 27, 2007. It is ORDERED that TISHA SILVERS is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 3rd day of September, 2021 at 10:15 a.m. for a Preliminary and Adjudication Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of TISHA SILVERS, biological mother of infant T.B. whose date of birth is September 27, 2007, may be terminated.
