Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of SEPTEMBER, 2021, RAEANNE LIPPOLD filed in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, a petition for guardianship of ZAYAH MANLEY, whose mother is ALEXANDRIA MANLEY and father is JASON CAMERON.
Notice is further given that on the 4th day of October, 2021, at 9:30 a.m., the Honorable JASON A. CUOMO will hear said petition for Guardianship and will examine under the oath the party in interest. Any party knowing why this Petition should not be granted may file objections with the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office.
It is further ordered that this order publish once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
Further notice is given the hearing date and time may be resheduled without further notice or publication.
