ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this action is pursuant to the previously filed Petition to Establish Parenting Plan and Child Suppo1t, wherein, Christo pher Teny , the biological father of the infant child, T.T, is hereby notified that this matter shall come on for final hearing before the Honorable Jason Spears, Family Court Judge of the Family Cou rt of Cabell County, West Virginia, on October 21, 2021 at the hour of 11:00 AM, in his courtroom located in the Cabell County Court house , 744 Fowth Avenue, Suite 201, Huntington, West Virginia, at which time Megan Ballengee or her representative may appear to defend her action. Megan Ballengee is further notified that she may file an Answer or written defense to the Petition within thirty (30) days after publication of this notice, by serving a copy of said Answer upon the Petitioners’ attorney Arik C. Paraschos, Esquire, 652 Sixth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 and the Circuit Clerk of Cabell County, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, 25701, and that if she fails to respond she may not receive further notice of this proceeding.
