HALL; BERTHA JOHNSON; ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS OF BERTH JOHNSON; ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS OF HELEN W. JOHNSON; Defendants. ORDER OF PUBLICATION Plaintiff seeks to obtain free and clear of any right, title, interest, or claim of the Defendants, to that certain piece and parcel of land situate in Cabell County, which more fully and particularly described as follows: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in the city of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, and known and designated on map of the Scanlon and Daniels Addition to said city as lot Number 19 of Block No. 2 of said addition, said map was made by J.M. Oliver, surveyor, and now led in the county commission clerk’s of ce of Cabell County, and which said lot, tract or parcel of land is more de nitely described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point in the north line of Ninth Avenue 79.8 feet westerly from the southeast corner of said block No. 2 of said addition, thence in a northerly direction and along the east line of Lot No. 19, and with the west line of lot No. 20, 201.4 feet to a point in the south line of a twenty (20) foot alley, thence running westerly along the said south line of said alley thirty (30) feet to a point in said alley in the west line of lot, thence southerly and parallel with said east line of Lot no. 19, 201.4 feet to the north line of Ninth Avenue, 30 feet to the place of beginning. It appearing by an affidavit of record in this civil action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendants, without success, it is hereby ORDERED, that Defendants named hereinabove serve upon William G. Jones, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, P. O. Box 1835, Huntington, West Virginia 25719, an answer or other defense to the Complaint initiating this civil action on or before the 2nd day of November, 2021, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter and Plaintiff will be granted all releif requested in the Complaint.
