LEGAL NOTICE October 4, 2021 The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Hospice of Huntington, Inc. dba Tri-State LifeCare, Huntington, Cabell County, CON File #21-2-12269-P, for the development of medical adult day care services to be offered at medical adult day care center located at 605 9th Street, Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $450,000.
