Wood County School Board of Education will be accepting bids for the Van Devender Middle School Roof Replacement. Project includes but may not be limited to the tear-off of the existing ballasted EPDM membrane roofing system and replacing with a new .045 ballasted EPDM Roofing system reusing the existing ballast, insulation, fascia and gravel stop. Wet insulation will be replaced as needed. Electronic bid documents are available at
www.pickeringplanroom.com at no cost. A mandatory prebid meeting will be held on October 15th, 2021 at 10:00 am at Van Devender Middle School located at 918 31st Street, Parkersburg, WV 26104. Bids will be due at 10:00 am on October 25, 2021, in care of Amy Nahley at the Wood County Board of Education at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
