All Proposals will be
received in the office of the Finance Director, First Floor, #1 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101, until 4:00 PM, Friday, October 15, 2021, and shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 18, 2021.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted as it may deem in its best interest.
