It is hereby ordered that, SCOTT ALLEN PENNINGTON, Respondent, serve upon FAITH DAWN PENNINGTON, Petitioner, whose address is 311 Franklin Street, Parkersubrg, WV 26101, answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before DECEMBER 9, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
