On or about September 28, 2021 V.K., on or about September 8, 2009 B.F., and on or about September 4, 2021 B.K.K., the above-named children, were born to NICHOLE KELLEY. It appearing that, NICHOLE KELLEY, the Mother of the above-named children, whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 11, 2022, at the hour of 2:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, NICHOLE KELLEY, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, PUBLIC DEFENDER CORPORATION, 320 JULIANA STREET, STE. 101, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-3810.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, NICHOLE KELLEY with respect of the above-named children, V.K., B.F. and B.K.K.
