Invitation to Bid; Construction of the North Fork Greens Run Railroad Refuse in Preston County, West Virginia
Sealed bids from licensed contractors will be received by Friends of the Cheat at 119 S. Price St. Suite #206, Kingwood, WV 26537, until 4:00 P.M., on Thursday June 25, 2015. The work will consist of the construction of limestone leach beds, settling ponds, access roads, and related appurtenances. Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of BioMost Inc., 434 Spring Street Ext., Mars, PA 16046; Phone:(724) 776-0161; Fax: (724) 776-0166. Each requested set of Bid Documents cost is $50.00 and payment may be made by deposit checks made payable to BioMost Inc. via mail or in person at the pre-bid meeting (cash is also acceptable for payment only at the pre-bid meeting, please do not mail cash). A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at the office of the Friends of the Cheat at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, June 4, 2015 preceding a visit to the construction site. Questions will be received by BioMost in writing (email is acceptable, which will be provided at the pre-bid meeting) until noon on Thursday, June 11, 2015.
