REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Roane County Board of Education requests bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for the demolition of the Old Roane County Schools Central Office, 110 Chapman Avenue, Spencer, WV 25276. The awarded vendor will be responsible for the demolition and disposal of the building and contents. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 7, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the demolition site. WV contractor’s license and certificate of insurance are required. Other bid requirements are detailed in the bid package and copies of the bid package will be distributed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting only. Bids will be opened and read aloud February 4, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Conference Room, Roane County Board of Education, 813 Capitol Street, Spencer, WV 25276.
