ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Elkins will accept sealed bids for a new Utility Service Bed for 4×4
Truck Chassis.
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Elkins on or before 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 17, 2021. Sealed bids must be delivered to the City of Elkins, Mr. Wes Lambert – Chief Water Operator, 401 Davis Ave., Elkins, West Virginia 26241 and marked “new Utility Service Bed for 4×4 Truck Chassis”
At that time all sealed bids will be opened and read aloud. Interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening. Any bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of bid opening without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity
therein.
