NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF CORPORATION Future Ventures, Inc., a West Virginia corporation, intends to wind up and dissolve the Corporation. Pursuant to West Virginia Code 31D-14-1407, the Corporation is publishing this notice to any unknown creditors of the Corporation.
1. The name of the corporation is Future Ventures, Inc.
2. The articles of incorporation for the Corporation were filed on May 27, 1971.
3. Articles of dissolution for the Corporation were filed with the West Virginia Secretary of
State on August 8, 2021.
4. Persons with claims against the Corporation should present them in accordance with the following procedure: a. In order to file a claim with the Corporation, you must furnish the following:
a i. Amount of the claim
ii. Date of the claim
iii. Basis for the claim
iv. Documentation for the claim

5. A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is
