Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of February, 2022, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Melissa Dawn Smith will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge David Wilmoth, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing her name from Melissa Dawn Smith to Melissa Dawn Landis. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
