ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The Unknown Heirs of Debbie Lorraine Dennis, whose last address cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on December 9, 2021, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., filed its Amended Petition for Judicial Declaration as to Title to Real Estate in the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, in Case No. 21-C-67, the object and demand for relief of which seeks, in part, to obtain a judicial declaration that the Deed of Trust being filed for record in Book 350, Page 511 of Brooke County Records and/or other equitable relief is enforceable against, in part, the Unknown Heirs of Debbie Lorraine Dennis and real estate commonly known as 1315 West Street, Follansbee, West Virginia. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Clerk and that each named and unknown defendant must appear and defend on or before March 3, 2022 otherwise, that judgment by default will be rendered against the defendants at any time thereafter.
