Statement of Qualifications The City of Huntington is looking to procure a WV Certified Structural Engineer to assess commercial and residential structures for deficiencies related to foundations, walls, framing and other infrastructure to determine if said structures do not adhere to International Commercial Code or International Residential Code. The City of Huntington will accept a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for providing Structural Engineering services until 10:00 am on Wednesday February 9th, 2022 and must be submitted through bidexpress.com.
