STAFF RECOMMENDED TARIFF
Effective for all service rendered on and after the date the order becomes final
APPLICABILITY
Applicable within the entire territory served.
AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
Available for general domestic, commercial, industrial service and sale for resale sewer service.
RATES (Based on metered amount of water used per month)
First 2,000 gallons used per month $11.68 per 1,000 gallons
Next 5,000 gallons used per month $10.28 per 1,000 gallons
Next 27,000 gallons used per month $ 8.80 per 1,000 gallons
Over 34,000 gallons used per month $ 7.39 per 1,000 gallons
MINIMUM CHARGE
No bill will be rendered for less than $23.36 per month
DISCONNECT/RECONNECT/ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Whenever water service has been disconnected for non-payment of sewer bills, a disconnection fee of $15.00 shall be charged.
Whenever water service, which has been previously disconnected or otherwise withheld for non-payment of sewer bills is reconnected, a fee of $15.00 shall be charged.
TAP FEE
The following charge is to be made whenever the utility installs a new tap to serve an applicant:
A tap fee of $250.00 will be charged to customers applying for service outside of a certificate proceeding before the Commission for each new tap to the system.
INCREMENTAL LEAK ADJUSTMENT
$2.78 per 1,000 gallons of water is to be used when a bill reflects unusual water consumption which can be attributed to eligible leakage on customer’s side of the meter. This rate shall be applied to all such consumption above 200% of the customer’s historical usage.
