AUTISM MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC and TYRONE PHILLIPS, Defendants. ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO: AUTISM MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC and TYRONE PHILLIPS: There is now pending in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, the above-styled Civil Action in which Swift Financial, LLC, c/o Bowles Rice LLP, 600 Quarrier Street, Charleston, West Virginia, is the Plaintiff and Autism Management Group LLC and Tyrone Phillips are the Defendants to be served by publication. The object of said Civil Action is to enter and confirm an arbitration award entered against the Defendants. It is therefore ORDERED that AUTISM MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC and TYRONE PHILLIPS, appear and serve upon Zachary J. Rosencrance, Esq., Bowles Rice LLP, counsel for Swift Financial LLC, whose address is 600 Quarrier Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, a response or other defense to the Complaint heretofore filed in this action within 30 days after the first publication of this notice. Otherwise, the Court may render judgment of default against Defendants, at any time thereafter, thereby granting the relief requested by Swift Financial, LLC in the Complaint.
