NOTICE OF AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC
COMMENT ON THE PROPOSED PARTIAL
ABANDONMENT OF 1.81 MILES OF
COUNTY ROUTE 30/6
LOCATED IN JACKSON COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The West Virginia Division of Highways hereby provides notice of the proposed partial abandonment of County Route 30/6, beginning at a point on CR 30/6, said point being 1.80 miles northeast of the Junction of CR 30/6 and CR 32; thence proceeding northerly for 1.81 miles along CR 30/6 and ending at the junction of CR 30/6 and CR 30. The district is requesting the abandonment on behalf of abutting property owners. Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal may do so by emailing the Commissioner of Highways (preferred method), at [email protected] or by writing to the Commissioner at West Virginia Division of Highways, Strategic Data Management and Technology Division, Capitol Complex, Building 5, Room 720, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, West Virginia 25305-0430, Attn: Angela Liller on or before March 15, 2022.
