West Virginia University at Parkersburg will be accepting bids for the following project: Business Office Renovation. The project generally includes renovations to the existing business office space. This includes reconfiguring the space for multiple staff offices, a conference room, a new restroom, kitchenette area, and misc. storage areas within the existing business office. Electronic bid documents will be available on February 24, 2022, at
www.pickeringplanroom.com at no cost. A Mandatory Prebid meeting will be held March 8, 2022, at 9:30 am at the construction site. Bids will be due at 10:00 a.m. on March 22, 2022, at the WVU-P Purchasing Department at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg WV 26104 Attention: Jeannine Ratliff, CPO. A public bid opening will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 22, 2022, at WVU-P Administration offices at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104. The Project is partially Federally funded therefore the contractor shall follow the Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements and submit certified payrolls.
