NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES CITY OF MADISON STORM WATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT The City of Madison, Boone County, West Virginia is seeking the Expressions of Interest from qualified engineering firms to provide design, construction plan and specifications development, bid document preparation, bidding assistance, and construction administration for the City of Madison Storm Water Improvements Project. Procurement of services will be in accordance with West Virginia State Code 5G-1 et seq. All interested firms must submit 2 bound copies of the following: 1. Letter of Interest, 2. Statement of Qualifications showing experience of individuals and their proposed role, 3. Relevant Project Descriptions, 4. Current and projected workload, 5. Evidence of applicable Professional Registration and Professional Liability Insurance, 6. Geographical location of the office from which this contract will be served. The deadline for submission is March 25, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. est. Submittals received after this time will be rejected. After reviews of the submittals, the City will rank the firms.
