REQUEST FOR BIDS
Clover PSD is seeking competitive bids for cloud-based utility billing software as outlined in the specifications.
Sealed bids will be received by Clover PSD, 3365 Clay Road, Spencer, WV 25276, until 12:00 noon on March 11, 2022, when the board members will open and review all bids received.
Detailed specifications for the software are available at the Clover PSD Office, 3365 Clay Road, Spencer, WV 25276 and Roane County Commission, 200 Main Street, Spencer, WV 25276, during normal business hours.
Clover PSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality therein. All bids must be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of opening.
