Purchasing,at [email protected]. There is no pre-bid meeting. Bids will be due at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2019, at the Wood County Board of Education, 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. There are Bonding requirements for the project.
