There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at Martin School, 1301 Hillcrest Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, on June 7, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. The Bid opening will be at the Physical Plant Department, 4701 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101, June 18, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. There are Bonding requirements for the project.
