There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Physical Plant Department, 4701 Camden Avenue,Parkersburg, WV 26101 on November 6, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Bids will be due at the Purchasing Department, 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on November 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. There are Bonding requirements for the project.
