Abbreviated Advertisement for Bids
West Virginia University at Parkersburg will be accepting bids for the following project: Center for Early Learning Generator Additions. Scope of work includes, but may not be limited to the addition of a new natural gas generator and automatic transfer switch. Bid documents will be available for a non-refundable fee of $25 at the office of Pickering Associates 11283 Emerson Avenue Parkersburg, WV 26104. Electronic copies will be provided at no cost. Bidders are asked to contact Pickering Associates at 304.464.5305 to ensure availability. There will be a non-mandatory Prebid meeting at West Virginia University at Parkersburg in the Purchasing Department Conference Room, located at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104, on March 3, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Bids shall be delivered in care of Alice Harris, Vice President of Finance and Administration and will be due at 2:00 pm on March 10, 2015 at WVU-P Purchasing Department Conference Room at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
