The Roane County Economic Development Authority will be accepting sealed bids for both a partial roof replacement and a new roof replacement for the former Kellwood Building #7 on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., local time, at the Roane County Economic Development Authority office located at 216 Market Street, Suite 100 in Spencer, WV 25276. Plans and specifications can be obtained at the mandatory onsite, pre-bid meeting on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., local time, at the former Kellwood Building #7 located at 309 Oak Drive, Spencer, WV 25276. Bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Roane County Economic Development Authority Office. The Roane County Economic Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No decision on the results of the bids will be made until the Roane County Economic Development Authority has reviewed the bids received.
