In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated December 13, 2018, in the original principal amount of $100,000.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Tazewell County, Virginia, in Book 2019 at Page 00861 as Instrument No. 190000186 .
