The Parkersburg Utility Board is Requesting Proposals from qualified vendors for Utility Billing Software/ Program. These proposals shall be submitted at the Parkersburg Utility Board office, 125 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on or before 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 23rd, 2017. The proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or box clearly labeled on the outside âRFP Response ä Utility Billingã.
The requirements for the RFP are available upon request by calling 304-424-8535 or emailing [email protected] or at the Parkersburg Utility Board office weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
