The Parkersburg Utility Board will receive sealed bids for the removal and replacement of an EPDM roofing system. These bids shall be submitted at the Parkersburg Utility Board office, 125 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on or before 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 23, 2019, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, other than the mailing envelope, clearly labeled on the outside âSealed Bid 6th St. Roof Replacementã.
Specifications are available at the Parkersburg Utility Board office weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
