Notice is hereby given that R.B.S., Inc., Box 490, Drawer S, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986-0000 has submitted an application for RENEWAL of Quarry Article 4 Permit Number Q301687 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 254 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 in order to remove limestone by conducting quarry operations
The operation is discharging into unnamed subsurface tributaries of the Greenbrier River and is located 2.6 miles northwest of Frankford, West Virginia in Lewisburg District of Greenbrier County, longitude 80˚ 27′ 15.0000″ and latitude 37˚ 53′ 37.0000″.
Written comments on the Article 4 Quarry Permit Renewal Application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until May 13, 2015, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication. A copy of the application will be available for review in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
