Box 2178, Beaver, WV 25183 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 254 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 for a Phase 1 release on Permit Number S-3009-98 Increment Number 1 issued for 10.06 acres, Increment 2 issued for 15.24 acres, Increment Number 3 issued for 18.0 acres, Increment Number 4 issued for 5.60 acres, Increment Number 5 issued for 25.00 acres, Increment Number 6 issued for 23.63 acres, Increment Number 7 issued for 30.0 acres, Increment Number 8 issued for 19.84 acres, Increment Number 9 issued for 25.00 acres and Increment Number 10 issued for 15.0 acres. The permit is located in Slab Fork District of Raleigh County, 1.0 miles northeast of Helen on Berry Branch of Winding Gulf and Winding Gulf of Guyandotte River of the Upper Guyandotte River.
