ORION LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS
The City of Belpre is seeking sealed bids for the Orion Lift Station Improvements located along State Route 7 north of the City of Belpre,

Prospective bidders may contact Ron Cross, Safety Service Director at (740) 423-7592, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m to receive Bidding Documents.
Sealed proposals will be received until 12:00 noon on 21st day, March, 2017, at City of Belpre, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened, Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSealed Bid for Orion Lift Station Improvementsã.
The City of Belpre reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality therein:
Bidders will be required to comply with the Presidentás Executive Order No. 11246 which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, and national origin.
A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Belpre, Washington County, or a Bid Bond executed by the bidder and bidder and surety company approved by the City of Belpre, in the amount equal to five percent (5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the bid.
There will not be any bid bonds returned or waived because the bidder failed to (or able to) comply with the requirements set forth in the plans, specifications, and any applicable statutes of the United States, Ohio, or local ordinances.
Bidders shall be required to comply with all laws pertaining to prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Washington County, as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations.
