The Parkersburg and Wood County Public Library will be accepting bids for the following project: Main Branch Roof Replacement. Project includes demolition of existing built-up roof and installation of new EPDM roof over existing concrete deck at the Emerson Avenue location. The facility is approximately 18,700 sq.ft. Bid documents will be available starting September 30, 2015 and may be viewed or purchased by visiting the Pickering Associates Plan Room at www.pickering planroom.com. There will be a mandatory Prebid meeting in the Board Room of the Main Branch located at 3100 Emerson Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26104, on October 6, 2015 at 9:00 am. Bids will be due at 10:00 am on October 16, 2015 at Parkersburg and Wood County Public Library, Main Branch, Board Room, in care of Director, Brian Raitz, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
