PROGRAM
Sealed bids for the City of Parkersburg Minor Home Repair Program will be received by the City of Parkersburg, West Virginia in the Office of the Finance Director, First Floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square, (PO Box 1627), Parkersburg, WV 26102 until 10:00 AM local time on January 9, 2019 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The general scope of work shall include the furnishing of all materials, installation and other special structures, necessary to complete the residential rehabilitation at the following addresses:
