LOAN PROGRAM
Sealed bids for the City of Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortiumás Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Loan Program will be received by the City of Parkersburg, West Virginia in the Office of the Finance Director, First Floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square, (PO Box 1627), Parkersburg, WV 26102 until 10:00 AM local time on January 3, 2019 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The general scope of work shall include the furnishing of all materials, installation and other special structures, necessary to complete the residential rehabilitation at 5166 Old St. Marys Pike Parkersburg, WV.
Bidding documents may be examined in the Office of the Development Director, Fifth Floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square, (PO Box 1627), Parkersburg, WV 26102 or on the City of Parkersburgás official website under the âBidsã section at:

All potential bidders must be prepared to complete this project within 60 days of executing the projects contract.
