ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Appalachian Regional Healthcare, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Central Sterile Storage for the Beckley ARH Hospital. Sealed bids will be received at the offices of Rhonda Kania, Beckley ARH Hospital, 306 Stanaford Road, Beckley, West Virginia 25801 until 12:00 p.m., local time on May 30, 2019.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time, on May 9, 2019 at the Beckley ARH Hospital. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory for prime bidders and mechanical subcontractors only.
Questions regarding the Bidding Documents should be directed to Michael Phillips, AIA at ZMM, Inc. Architects and Engineers, 222 Lee Street West, Charleston, WV 25302 (304) 342-0159, [email protected] no later than close of business on May 23, 2019.
Bidding Documents can be obtained by the following method:
1. Prime Contract Bidders only may contact ZMM, Inc. Architects and Engineers at (304) 342-0159 and request information to access the firm’s online F.T.P. site for the Central Sterile Storage for the Beckley ARH Hospital project. Once access is gained, Contractors can download Bidding Documents in the form of PDF files at no charge.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the rights to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, and the right to withhold final award of contract for (60) days after opening bids.
