ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Pine Hills Subdivision Phase II Green Infrastructure Contract Sealed Bids will be received by the Beckley Sanitary Board at the office of the General Manager, PO Box 2494, 301 South Heber Street., Beckley, West Virginia 25801, up to 3:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on Monday, December 29, 2014, and then publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the Project. The Work consists of the replacement of stormwater drainage system components and installation of stormwater bioretention and bioswales. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Drawings and Project Manual under which the Work is to be done are on file and may be examined at the office of the Beckley Sanitary Board General Manager at 301 South Heber Street., Beckley, West Virginia 25801; and at the office of the ENGINEER, Tetra Tech, Inc., 803 Quarrier Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301. Bidding Documents may be obtained on December 1, 2014, from the ENGINEER for no fee. Ground shipping for requested Bidding Documents will be available at a fee of $10.00 per set. Priority overnight shipping for requested Bidding Documents will be available at a fee of $30.00 per set instead of $10.00 for ground shipping per set.
