ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Hurricane is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified persons or firms to provide engineering services including review of final design plans, preparation bid documents and specifications, construction administration/management and observation services for the construction of infrastructure supporting a new residential community including water, sewer, roads, and possibly stormwater retention. The City of Hurricane reserves the right to select an individual person or firm to complete this project based on their rankings. Procurement of said services would be in accordance with Chapter 5G-1-3 of the WV Code. Interested persons or firms must submit 4 copies of all requested information to Andy Skidmore, City Manager, City of Hurricane, 3255 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, WV 25526 no later than 3:00 p.m. December 11, 2025 in order to receive consideration. Proposals must include related work experience, workload to fulfill the commitments and qualifications of personnel directly involved in the project.
