ADVERTISEMENT FOR SEALED BIDS The Historic Fayette Theater will be accepting sealed bids for the following: Project consists of interior renovations to the Historic Fayette Theater. Work includes selective demolition; renovation of interior spaces; new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes; modifications to the stage, seating, and accessibility features; replacement and relocation of doors and partitions; and upgrades to the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems, including installation of new rooftop equipment. Related structural modifications and all associated work required for complete and functional installation are included. This project is funded in part by the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (USDA RD). The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pub. L. 117-58). Absent an approved waiver, all iron and steel, manufactured products, and construction materials incorporated into the work must be produced in the United States. Bidders shall familiarize themselves with all applicable federal requirements, including BABAA, prior to submitting a bid.
