The permit is located in Valley District of Fayette County and is located 3.1 (miles), southwest of Powellton on Unnamed Tributaries of/and Armstrong Creek of Kanawha River of the Upper Kanawha River. Maple Coal Co. LLC completed backfilling and regrading on April 13, 1995 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond in the amount of $37,000.00.
