Notice is hereby given that ERP Environmental Fund, Inc., 216 School Drive, Shrewsbury, WV, 25015, has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a significant permit revision to Article 3 permit number U012783 in order to change the pre-mining land use of unmanaged forestland to the alternate postmining land use of Light Industry and Commercial Services on 26.2 acres of the 133.0 acre permit area.
The revised permit will discharge into Harper Branch of Sandlick Creek of Marsh Fork of Coal River (Receiving Stream) of Kanawha River (Major Subbasin) and is located 3.2 (miles), northeast (Direction) of Glen Daniel (Nearest PO), in the Clear Fork District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81° 19' 56" and Latitude 37° 49' 25" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
