Notice of Planned Conveyance
Notice is hereby given by the Rt. Rev. Matthew D. Cowden, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of West Virginia, and Gat Caperton, Thomas Gilpin, David Kersey, John R. McGhee, and Steve Robey, Trustees of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese of West Virginia, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 35-1-10 that on or after December 15, 2025, the same will convey and confirm that certain real estate more particularly described below, together with the improvements and appurtenances, located at 960 Guyandotte Avenue, Mullens, Wyoming County, West Virginia, 25882, also known as St. Andrew's Episcopal Mission, a place of public worship, to Dara Sue Fann.

Wyoming County, West Virginia, Mullens Corporation District Tax Map 6, Parcel 150
As described in Deed Book 73, Page 17:
"Lot 22 in Block No. 4 of the Sub0division of the Town of Mullens, West Virginia, known as Guyan City, said lot being the second lot from the northeast corner of Beech Street and Sycamore Street and fronting thirty (30) feet on the north side of Sycamore Street and extending back between parallel lines at right angles to Sycamore Street a depth of one hundred (100) feet."
Being the same property conveyed to R.E.L. Strider, F.M. Lee, Charles R. Thrasher, W.M. Lewis and H.A. Porter, Trustees of the St. Andrew's Episcopal Mission by the Wyoming Land Company on the 3rd day of May, 1928.

Being the same property conveyed unto R.E.L. Strider, F.M. Lee, Charles R. Thrasher, W.M. Lewis and H.A. Porter, Trustees of the St. Andrew's Episcopal Mission by Lewis G. Bolen and Ora E. Bolen, his wife, and John D. Farmer and Bertha Farmer, his wife, on the 27th day of March, 1942.

As described in Deed Book 407, Page 770:
" … an undivided one-half interest [in Lot Number Twenty-one (21), Block Four (4) in the Guyan City Addition to the City of Mullens, West Virginia]."
Being the same property conveyed to D. Grover Moler, M.M. Hall,Jr., and James Shifflette, as Trustees of and for St. Andrew's Episcopal Mission (Mullens, West Virginia) of the Episcopal Diocese of West Virginia.
