AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
NOTICE IS GIVEN that The Marion County Coal Company has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative update of Permit R13-0760H for The Marion County Preparation Plant on Sugar Run Rd., near Fairview, in Marion County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are approximately 39.606, -80.281.
The applicant estimates the total increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Particulate Matter – 0.29 tons per year; Particulate Matter (10 micron diameter or less) – 0.14 tons per year; and Particulate Matter (2.5 micron diameter or less) – 0.02 tons per year.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
