AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that A.L.L. Construction, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit Modification for a rock crusher and screening system to be located off Route 522 near Berkeley Springs in Morgan County, West Virginia. The location coordinates for the facility are: latitude 39.643050 and longitude –78.20626. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants from operations will be: Controlled particulate matter emissions of 92 tons per year (TPY), of which 80 TPY are fugitive; controlled particulate matter less than 10 micron emissions of 29 TPY, of which 24 TPY are fugitive. Criteria Pollutants from the burning of diesel fuel are as follows: NOx 3.18 tons per year, CO 12.44 tons per year, VOC 1.20 tons per year, SO2 4.04 tons per year. PM10 6.01 tons per year, PM 12.62 tons per year. Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit approval.
