AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that WV Great Barrel Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for a Cooperage located on 546 Mountain Home Drive, Caldwell, in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: latitude 37.768711, longitude -80.353117
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: NOx = 1 TPY; CO = 1 TPY; SO2 = 0.1 TPY; VOCs = 0.1 TPY; PM = 10 TPY;n PM10 = 5 TPY.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of August, 2019. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
