Notice is given that Columbia Gas, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for a Compressor Station located on 5603 Charleston Rd., in Fairplain, in Jackson County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.7373, -81.6748
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air
Pollutants will be:
NOX 0.08 TPY
CO 0.07 TPY
VOC <0.01 TPY
PM10 <0.01 TPY
PM2.5 <0.01 TPY
CH2O <0.01 TPY
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
