Latitude 37.8275 Longitude 81.31118 The applicant estimates the change in emissions from existing site to have the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: NOx = 33.72 TPY CO = 1.96 TPY VOC’s = 0.233 TPY SOX = 0.0027 TPY PM10 = 0.044 TPY HCHO = 0.096 TPY GHG(CO2(e)) = 688 TPY GHG(CH4) = 27.5 TPY Completion and Operation of SD-11 Compressor Site will begin on or about the 10th day of August, 2015 or immediately after WVDEP Authorization.
